Pickup at a Correos branch: you can pick up at a Correos branch in Chile within 1 to 3 business days (approximately) from when we make the shipment. You have a period of 5 days to process your order (from when it is in the branch).

What should I bring to pick up?
When you arrive at the stores to pick up, we will ask you for the tracking number that we sent you by email and your identification card.
IMPORTANT: Once the package has arrived at the Store, you have 7 days to pick it up. After that time, your package is returned to our central warehouse.
Pickup at Correos de Chile branch
You will be able to pick up your jewelry at a nearby Correos branch within approximately 1 to 3 business days from when we send the package to that branch.
