legal guarantee, which is valid for 180 calendar days and allows you to make the exchange or refund the money. For this you need to carry the

purchase receipt and send us the defective jewelry or products.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE : If you bought some jewelry or received it as a gift and you did not like it, it did not fit well or it was not

what you expected, you have up to 10 calendar days to exchange them for others or request a refund.

*For shopping online , the deadlines begin from the moment you receive your jewelry.
