Is it necessary to register to buy?
There's no need. Once you buy, we will send you all the information to the email you gave us. In any case, we recommend that you register so that you can save your addresses, keep track of your orders, buy faster, etc.
How do I track my order?
Once we send your order, we will send you an email with the information of your office.
We will include the tracking number and the courier used.
My purchase is for a gift. Do you have that option?
Yes! Once you have placed the order, send us an email to contacto@morenaa.com requesting that it be for a gift.
We will not include the ticket in the package but a change ticket.
I want someone else to receive the purchase, is that possible?
Yes! All we ask is that you register. With this option, you can add the recipients you want.
That way, you can shop for yourself or send the order to someone else. You can save all your addresses.
I do not want to receive advertising emails from you, is it possible?
Absolutely! We don't like advertising to reach us if we haven't asked for it. In each purchase, just do not select the box "I want to subscribe to the newsletter" and that's it!

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All dispatches have a delivery time of 1 to 3 business days , either home delivery or courier branch pickup (regardless of destination).
How much is the shipping?
It depends on the destination you choose. During the purchase process, you will be able to compare the different alternatives that we offer you.
If you buy over $40,000, you don't pay shipping! (regardless of destination).
Do you have Store Pickup?
Yeah! the office is free! and you can pick up the next (working) day after 4:00 p.m.
Do you have ultra fast service (Express)
For now we do not have this service. If you need it very quickly, we recommend buying with Store Pickup.

What couriers do you use to make deliveries?
We use Correos de Chile, Starken, Chilexpress and our own shipments.

It is enough that you send us the products for us to resend you what you want in your exchange. Obviously there is a review of the products that you send us.
